Got the same double room booked online with a couch or chair, shared space comfortable for lounging plus fluffy pillows. Had perfect location in walking distance to the main shopping district. What's more, it was adjacent to centre and the busiest bakery for breakfast...

Didn't like the area, it was a little dark.

the common areas were warm and inviting, making for a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Beechworth. the Wi-Fi reception was poor, and the host could have been a bit more welcoming, which dampened the overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for us to explore the town. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even offered us a complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival. They were also very helpful in arranging tours and providing information about the area. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table in the room provided extra comfort and convenience. Additionally, we loved the beautiful garden surrounding the hotel, where we could relax and enjoy the outdoor seating.
